“This is a gem of an accommodation.”

A quaint little apartment on a quiet street. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Excellent non‑touristy restaurants right next door. Easy walks throughout the city. The host, Claudia, met us upon arrival. Excellent communication. She whipped my 50‑lb suitcase up the stairs to the first floor like lightning. Wonderful snacks upon arrival, and the kitchen was stocked for our 2‑day stay. No “jump through hoops” rules for departure. This place is a gem. I definitely recommend it. No complaints on anything.

The apartment was spotless and cozy, giving me a feeling of home even though it was far from my usual place. The location was great. Nothing else to mention.

“Exceptionally equiped and located apartment in Florence.”

I stayed in a spacious two‑bedroom apartment that was very clean and beautifully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen. It was just 5 minutes from Santa Maria Novella station and a 10‑15 minute walk to Florence’s main sights and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it.

“Stay here 100%”

Excellent place to stay in a great location near the main station bus stop and tram line. I recommend taking the tram 1 stop from the main station to make the walk easier with suitcases. Flavia met us at the property and provided a number to contact her directly if needed. What a wonderful person she is 😊 The beds are big and comfortable with many pillow options. We all had excellent sleep here. The bathroom and shower is excellent and very accessible. There is an AC in both bedrooms and the living space. Great kitchen and appliances. And we made use of the washing machine and clothes lines here. There is a great restaurant across the street and easy walks to many shops. I can't speak highly enough of this property. There is no elevator, but its only on the first floor and Flavia grabbed one of our 2 big suitcases and carried it up the stairs for us
