The staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with; the rooms and building interior were exceptionally clean and the breakfast offered several options, but the location right off the T.V. highway meant a lot of traffic noise, and after staying in two different rooms the heating system was noisy when turned on.

They double‑charged me for Advil.

The service was very good and the selection great, yet the housekeeper didn’t come to take out the trash and I had to ask for towels.

Breakfast was well supplied with a decent assortment of food and choices, but all three pillows were very soft; I would have preferred a mix that included a firm option.
