Great location, 5 to 10 minutes walk from all the main spots, with plenty of options for attractions in and around Hoi An. The two amazing receptionists helped me with everything I needed to know, the rooms were always clean, and each day I got a different breakfast. I came back for another visit thanks to Lisa and Moon.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and caring. Breakfast was VERY good and varied each day. It’s worth asking if the staff can arrange competitive bookings for travel, activities, etc.; I did, and it was cheaper than any online option. Unfortunately, the room I had was poor, uncomfortable, and grubby at best. The hotel is aware of my comments and hopes to address them.

I booked a private room that was cute and the location was great, but like everywhere else in the city I ran into ants.
