The welcome, the cleanliness of the room, the terrace and the proximity to the historic city center. The neighborhood is a bit surprising on arrival … but remains calm, the refrigerator did not work.

The property was wonderful, well maintained, and very pleasant; the staff were always available, attentive and kind, and the included breakfast was another strong point: plentiful, varied and truly delicious. I also liked the parking situation, as it is extremely convenient to find a spot and the hotel offers guest‑reserved parking. However, the location is great for parking convenience but a bit less practical if you want to walk to the city center, because you have to tackle a steep staircase; personally I didn’t find that an issue, but it is something to consider for elderly couples or people with limited mobility. The only thing I didn’t particularly appreciate was the lack of a safe in the room, which forced me to come up with somewhat “ingenious” ways to hide my valuables, especially cash, rather than carrying them on outings.
