“It served a purpose -we did get a few hours sleep in a horizontal position but not value for money”
The area was very quiet—no noise disturbances. The location was hard to find from the directions given; I had to ask people for directions a couple of times.
I stayed in a room that was tiny and had no toilet, which made the experience quite disappointing.
“OK if you need to be secure and lie down”
I needed to put my feet up and had a long transit (10 hours). As a bed, it wasn’t very comfortable (4/10) and quite expensive
The place was clean and the bed comfortable. It was mentioned there would be a shower, but it was missing. One staff said only paid showers were available at other gates, while another later said the free ones existed. It would have been better to have a shower included. For the price, I think a shower should be included, otherwise the hotel price is the same. So don’t make sense.
