The location is very good and the support staff are attentive, but the staircase leading to the room could be improved.

The reception is very polite and friendly, the place is excellently located close to everything, and everything is very clean.

The place is clean, only a bit warm; there was no air conditioning, but overall I liked it. It could use an AC unit.

The place was okay overall—clean enough and in a decent spot—but there were a few things that could have been better.
