Ilimanaq Lodge, perched beside Ilimanaq Heliport and a one‑hour boat ride from Ilulissat, offers private‑bathroom rooms with sea‑view balconies, sofa beds, electric kettles and carpeted floors. Guests enjoy a sun terrace, outdoor seating, free airport shuttle, private check‑in/out and luggage storage. The on‑site restaurant provides diet‑friendly menus, while staff speak Danish and English.

A great chance to stay comfortably in a small Greenland village and outstanding historic buildings (reception and Restaurant) with hiking and the chance to do an adventurous 7 hour (boat, land vehicle, boat) trip into a separate Icefiord from the Ilussiat one. The restaurant was an amazing experience anywhere, never mind a tiny (Pop +/- 40) Greenlandic village!. If you are not interested in a quiet village experience, this is not for you!

I was blown away by the extraordinary location, the calm atmosphere on site, and the incredibly friendly staff; we also enjoyed dinner and breakfast here, it was simply fantastic. Thank you for an unforgettable experience; we'll think about it for a long time and be enchanted.
