The wifi was pretty unreliable, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, the swimming pool was a bit of a trek from our room, but that's not a deal-breaker. Overall, it was an okay stay, but those two issues were pretty frustrating.

This hotel was just average, nothing special. We were surprised that they wanted to charge us double the difference to upgrade our room - it felt like they weren't willing to work with us even though we were happy to pay.

The location was great and the hotel looked brand new, which was promising. But, the room was a mess - sticky floor, dirty table, and a disgusting toilet that we had to clean ourselves. The pool also wasn't open to all guests, which was a bummer. Thankfully, we only stayed one night, but the management really needs to step up their cleaning game.

Everything was fine, but we were really looking forward to trying some Sirsak Juice and it wasn't available - that was a bit of a disappointment.
