The spot right on the seafront was great, and the host was quick and friendly. The only hiccup was in room 3 where the shower drain was so slow it could back up into the bowl—probably needs a clear‑out. Also the bedside lamps were dead, so I had to keep the main light on when I needed it.

The central location in Naples was convenient. Getting in was a bit of a hassle: no elevator and you need two different key sets, which is awkward with luggage. The bedroom and bathroom aren’t next to each other, which is less comfortable. The bathroom had some mold on the ceiling and overall cleanliness could be better. A bit more maintenance and cleaning would make a stronger impression.

The room sits in a building right on the Caracciolo seafront, which is super convenient. Everything I needed was there, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The only downside was that my room had an outdoor bathroom, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Spotless and well‑located.

Great location, clean, and good services. The water dispenser doesn’t chill the water properly. The building could do more to maintain the lobby and entrance—tell the residents to improve it.
