R&B Hotel Shin Osaka Kitaguchi - Vacation STAY 40551v

“まぁ快適”

The cleanliness of this hotel is top-notch, but the uneven floor in the room and bathroom can be a bit of a challenge. Still, the overall cleanliness makes up for it, and it's a great option if you're looking for a spotless place to stay.

“親身になってくれる良いホテル”

The staff here are incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me when I was feeling unwell during my stay. They even arranged for an ambulance and were super kind and understanding throughout the whole process. The facilities are also super convenient and easy to use, and I loved the comfy bed and powerful shower. I'd definitely stay here again in the future.

“また使いたいです”

This hotel has a great sense of cleanliness and is super close to the train station - it's the perfect combination! I was really impressed with the overall experience.

“Pour bien voyager il faut bien dormir et j’ai bien dormi grâce à cet hôtel”

The welcome was warm, the room was of high quality, and the balcony with a view of the train station was a lovely bonus - it even allowed me to smoke while taking in the view. The only downside is that there's nothing to complain about, but if I had to nitpick, I'd say the balcony could be a bit cleaner.

The hotel's proximity to Shin-Osaka Station was a major plus, and we were able to check in early, which was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to let us board the elevator first. One thing that would've been nice is if the room had a refillable water bottle, but overall it was a pleasant stay.
