“Awfull, not worth it”

The place had some major issues. The host didn't speak English, so communication was a nightmare. We had to ask for blankets in two out of three rooms, and it took 30 minutes to get them. The bed was like a rock, and I could hear everything from other rooms - light switches clicking, music from the elevator. it was like they didn't care about soundproofing. And to make matters worse, most rooms don't even have windows. The AC only works for cooling, so it's freezing in winter.

The staff here are genuinely friendly and helpful, which makes up for some of the hotel's shortcomings. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. However, the noise from the street outside was a real issue, and the air conditioning unit was a bit too loud. Still, the hotel's central location and the staff's kindness make it a decent choice for a short stay.
