Excellent overall, but breakfast needed more variety, the strict no‑outside‑food rule felt unnecessary, we arrived late and there were no nearby restaurants open; when we ordered pizza they refused to bring it up, so we ended up eating late at night in the noisy lobby lounge, and the hotel has no 24‑hour restaurant, leaving us with no option but to go downstairs, which affected our comfort.

The hotel was somewhat clean, but there were no services—no luggage assistance at all—so it’s not recommended for large families with a lot of luggage.

The hotel was excellent and its location was close to the market and restaurants. The room was beautiful and comfortable.

The only thing that really stood out to me about this hotel was the staff - they were friendly and helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about making my stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, when I asked for a recommendation for a nearby restaurant, the staff member told me to go to a different hotel, saying that this one was inferior. That was a major disappointment.
