It was a motel and relatively clean, but the price didn’t match the value. The motel is old and in poor condition; a cheaper hotel 40 minutes away is much nicer. The TV doesn’t work and there is no breakfast.

The selected bed was bad, the sound insulation was poor, and the sink was dirty and broken.

The spot was easy to reach and there were food stalls and coffee shops nearby, but the check‑in area was clean. Sheets and towels were spotless, yet the comforter had orange paint and the curtains bore red chunky food marks. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and poked through, and the beds kept sliding around. There was no Wi‑Fi on the first floor, and we weren’t told about that when we checked in. It also seemed like some people might be living there, because someone knocked on the ceiling all night.

They did a much needed upgrade for the rooms: newly repainted, new blackout drapes, new beds, new pillows, new bedding, etc. The water pressure for the shower was off, and the bathroom fan didn’t filter properly.

Ground‑floor room was convenient, but the sticky doors felt unsafe and the building looked dilapidated; the mattress was worn out.
