Hotel Sizzling Starr

My stay at this hotel was a delightful experience, with the staff displaying exceptional warmth and hospitality, making me feel truly welcome. The food at their in-house restaurant was also a highlight, offering a diverse range of delicious dishes that catered to my tastes. However, I did notice that the hotel's maintenance could be improved upon, which slightly detracted from my overall experience.

“Very bad what is shown on booking .com it’s all a lie”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The WiFi connection was extremely poor, and to make matters worse, they refused to accept our international credit cards. The state of the hotel was also a major letdown - everything was disgustingly dirty, which really put a damper on our experience.

“Really messy place I recommend not to stay”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a series of unfortunate events. The staff seemed completely untrained and unfriendly, which made a terrible first impression. To make matters worse, we were only given one room despite booking two, and they had the audacity to charge us extra for it. What's more, they initially told us that no rooms were available, despite having confirmation of our booking. Their behavior was completely unacceptable.

“Wouldn't stay here ever again”

My stay at this hotel was a complete letdown. The rooms were in a state of disarray and failed to meet the standards I expected, especially considering the price I paid. To make matters worse, the pictures on their website were completely misleading, giving a false impression of what to expect.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel itself was also very good, with everything running smoothly. However, I did feel that the vegetarian food options could be improved upon.
