The hotel is comfortable and reasonably priced, with very attentive staff. It’s a bit out of the city center, but the location is still very good.

The facilities look nice and the hotel is clean; it’s small but cozy. The coffee service is fine. The location is good, about a 15‑minute walk to the center at a relaxed pace. The mattresses are comfortable, the receptionist Polette is very friendly as is the housekeeper Beatriz. The pool and terrace are generally good and offer a lovely view. There is no bellhop service, so we had to carry our luggage to the second floor, and there’s no elevator, which makes it difficult for older people. The bathroom smells damp, mainly. There is no closet, so clothes can’t be hung. I find the poolside access risky because it’s very limited. These are suggestions for improvement. What really bothered me was that the hotel didn’t provide a written exchange rate for USD to MXN; the manager said it’s a Booking thing, but neither the app nor the hotel display it, so I think that should be clarified and regulated between the parties. If you ask for an invoice, you’re charged an extra 21 % in taxes.

I didn’t stay. I booked online and when I arrived the hotel wanted to charge me more than what the app had shown.

The hotel is super clean, very nice, rooms are very comfortable with AC and a fan, and the bathrooms are quite spacious. It’s very well located and the staff is excellent.

Clean and great location. Very comfortable! No hot water; you had to open the faucet at the sink to get hot water, but nobody told us or complained.
