The stay was simple but the staff were incredibly kind; the woman who served us was very friendly and quickly made me a coca tea because I wasn’t feeling well, and we felt very comfortable. Nothing else.

The staff were very friendly and respectful, the breakfast was quite diverse and tasty, the room was warmed to fight the cold, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Its location was great because it’s close to the terminal. The room was too small (almost only enough space for the bed), had no wardrobe or luggage rack, and the bathroom was so narrow that there was no dedicated shower area (water splashes everywhere when you shower, though the water was hot). Also, there was only one power outlet in the room.

One of us wasn’t feeling well due to the altitude, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were also able to stay an extra night in the room, which was incredibly convenient! My friend was shocked when he touched the shower because it made the entire bathroom wet.
