The location is very good, there is free parking on site, it takes 15 minutes by car to Venice Centro. When we arrived we were informed about the parking situation and options in Venice City. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was clean.

The host is very attentive and responsive, I waited a long time for check‑in. He explained in detail how to get to the place. The coffee machine in the room makes very tasty coffee! There are drawbacks, but I wrote them to the host personally and I’m sure he will fix them soon. Come, there is a very tasty pizzeria nearby!

For one night it’s acceptable. The location on Via Roma is good, well connected to Venice by car, and there’s a supermarket nearby, opposite a restaurant for cuisine and pizza. There is a fridge; the price includes parking inside the property. I recommend it if you don’t have high expectations. I didn’t like the cleaning (towels with stains and hair attached), the coffee machine didn’t work, the room was cold, damp, noisy and had a strange smell like smoke mixed with mildew. The bed had an uncomfortable mattress and too high pillows, there was no bidet in the bathroom, and we slept among many night butterflies.

I stayed at the hotel and found that there was no hot water, the rooms were dirty, and the staff were rude.
