“Fantastisk beliggenhed, meget hjælpsomt personale, super service og formidabel morgenmad”

Beliggenheden var perfekt i Old Town med masser af spisesteder. Hotelpersonalet var meget hjælpsomme og hjalp os bl.a. med at booke en taxa med chauffør til en dagstur vi skulle på. De havde også pakket en morgenmad to-go som vi kunne tage med. Morgenmaden var super lækker og godt tilberedt. Vi blev også kørt på togstationen uden ekstra beregning. Det er nemt at kommunikere vha. oversættelses-app og en af de ansatte kan godt tale engelsk.Vi havde booket det bedste og største værelse og alle vores forventninger blev indfriet. Balkonen havde flot udsigt til Skilpaddebjerget og det store bedehjul,men selve balkonen har uudnyttet potentiale og vil blive mere brugt, hvis der var nogle bedre udendørs møbler. Vores værelse var kæmpestort og meget hyggeligt. De bedste anbefalinger til Karesansui. At vi kun havde 3 nætter på dette skønne hotel

“Un soggiorno incredibile ❤️”

La struttura, nel centro storico di Shangri-la è davvero stupenda. È a conduzione familiare, quindi pensano a tutto loro, parlano benissimo inglese e sono delle persone eccezionali. La cordialità dello yunnan e soprattutto della struttura è impareggiabile, siamo stati accolti con tè locale ottimo, dolcetti, frutta e degli omaggi locali. Oltre a questo ci hanno aiutato con l’escursione, abbiamo chiesto precedentemente se ci fosse la possibilità di organizzare un driver privato dalla stazione(con tutti i nostri bagagli) per un giro sul lago napa, le praterie ed il parco pudacao, là driver ci ha accompagnato per tutti i luoghi, ci ha fatto da guida su tutto il lago fermandosi ad ogni spot, ci ha aiutato con i bagagli e consigliato un ristorante per pranzo. Per quanto riguardo l’esterno l’albergo è bellissimo, con elementi moderni ed antichi, fuori vi accoglierà la mascotte un bellissimo e dolcissimo cane malamute. La stanza è davvero incredibile, ha un letto a baldacchino, un angolo per merenda e tè, una vasca da bagno con lucernario per fare un bagno sotto le stelle ed un bagno con tutti i comfort. Davvero una stanza incredibile. A due passi c’è il centro storico, quindi davvero comodo, ed il parco guishan con il rullo tibetano. Siamo stati acconti e trattati in una maniera incredibile, dalla colazione, la migliore di tutto lo yunnan che abbiamo visitato, il latte caldo al dietro la sera in hotel, al trasfer in stazione. Non ci sono parole per descrivere questa struttura, ma siamo qui solo per consigliarvela. Nulla, tutto perfetto

“A warm, comfortable stay with wonderful hosts in a perfect location near Dukezong Ancient Town. And they have a very cut”

The location was excellent, very close to Dukezong Ancient Town. The hotel is run by a lovely family - a married couple and the wife’s sister - and they were all incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. They even picked me up from the train station, which made everything so easy. The food was also very nice, and the room was extremely comfortable with everything I needed, including heated floors. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. Honestly, nothing. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay
