“Small But Nice Room”

The location is pretty convenient, about a 20-minute walk to the International Bazaar with plenty of food options around. The toilet's remote control bidet is a nice touch, and there's a washing machine room on the 11th floor, which is handy. However, the dryer doesn't seem to do its job well, even after an hour of spinning, and there's no mini fridge in the room, which is a bit of a letdown.

The location of this hotel is great, but that's about it. The staff doesn't speak much English, which made things tough for me. I had to struggle to communicate, and it was clear that they could use some language training. Still, being in a good spot made up for it a bit.

“Great Rooms”

The rooms were great, and it's easy to walk to the Grand Bazaar from here, with some convenience stores nearby. The reception staff are helpful, but there are a few issues - the address is hard to find, and the building doesn't have any clear signage. The reception area's giant video wall can be a bit disorienting, and getting WiFi as a foreigner can be a challenge due to local restrictions. On the plus side, the staff try their best to help.

“Очень понравилось”

We were a bit worried about our booking being confirmed, given that Urumqi is still getting used to working with . But once we showed them our printed confirmation and passports, check-in was smooth. The room was super comfy and clean, with high-tech features like smart lighting and a fancy toilet. The daily cleaning was a nice touch, too. Our only issues were the weird breakfast options and the lack of English speakers at reception.
