When we arrived, he greeted us warmly and walked us through every detail of the hotel and our room. He offered thorough city tips, told us where to go and how to get there. He was very kind, polite, and a true gentleman. His genuine hospitality and meticulous care made us feel at home from the start. We truly appreciated his help and kindness and had a wonderful stay.

❤️ Une très belle découverte à Rome ❤️ Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Enrica. Louca et sa maman sont des personnes absolument charmantes, d’une gentillesse extrême et toujours aux petits soins pour leurs clients. 🥰 On se sent tout de suite bien accueilli, comme à la maison. Ils prennent vraiment le temps de nous conseiller et de nous donner de bonnes adresses et de précieux conseils pour découvrir Rome autrement. 🇮🇹✨ Une belle rencontre humaine qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Merci à eux pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. ❤️ Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation ! Si nous revenons à Rome, nous savons déjà où nous poserons nos valises. 🥰🇮🇹. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de bouilloire dans la chambre ou distributeur de café dans le hall

The rooms were fairly clean and the vibe was very friendly. The staff member who also did the cleaning was incredibly pleasant and engaged. The location and service were good, but the room needs a refresh. The biggest perk is the great location (hence the higher price) and the helpful staff. The gentleman who hosted us and cleaned the room daily was extremely kind and helpful. The bed was large and very comfortable. The room décor leaves a lot to be desired – it’s quite weak. The elevator in the building is tiny and almost claustrophobic. Even though we stayed on the 3rd floor, I never used it (which could be seen as a plus for fitness! 😛😃).
