The house was spotless and cozy, everything I needed was there. Malatia‑Sebastia is a decent neighborhood – about a 15‑minute taxi ride to downtown Yerevan and the price is very reasonable. The host was super friendly and helpful, always explaining things, and it felt like staying with friends. I left happy and would recommend.
