I like that they offer activities for all ages, so I can take my kids who are already adults and my 10‑year‑old with me.

It feels like a scam because the website promises everything, but when you arrive only members can access most areas. The pool area was unhygienic—drinks were served that were already contaminated from previous guests. The bathroom in my room wasn’t cleaned until 4 pm. At the front desk, all the luggage was left exposed for everyone to see until you were finally handed your key, and that took a long time. They didn’t tell you where the room was, so we got lost looking for it and were given wrong directions, with no follow‑up. Some staff were rude, and the price is a complete lie compared to what you actually get. I don’t recommend it.
