The staff were excellent, and my mom had trouble climbing stairs but the hotel has an elevator, so that helped a lot. Everything else was fine.

When I booked, there were several rooms available and I chose one with a wooden bed; upon arrival I was given a different room that I didn’t like, so I requested a change and they charged me an extra 40 000 pesos for a room that was originally listed at the booking price—unacceptable pricing! I don’t recommend this place.

The price is reasonable. The safety feel can be affected by the area, it’s in the center, but everything else was fine; they suggest not arriving after 7 pm. The room had two beds, the larger one was very uncomfortable, and they only provide a standard soap, so you had to buy all your toiletries.
