The room was cleaned properly, which was good, but I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience otherwise. They advertised room service when we booked, but it turned out they don't have any restaurants or room service at all. And when it came to the complimentary breakfast, they sent us to another property that was really far away, which seemed pretty pathetic.

Wow what a hotel I mean the backbone of the hotel is the staff especially Mr. Jeevan singh dhanik Such a wonderful by nature and really hard working guy. And also Mr. Yashpal one man army. It was a wonderful experience staying at Ridge The Lake Hill

Location is pretty good. Staff behaviour is really bad. Room are not at all clean and there is clingy smell in the bathroom area , when we tell this to the staff no action has been taken on this. Also, they totally denied to provide blanket and there is no parking facility in the hotel. No services are provided by them.They have email us to provide full payment before the date or they will cancel our booking. However, while booking the hotel it is clearly written that you can give the payment at the time of checking .They (Yashpal manager of property) blackmailed us to provide full payment otherwise they will cancel the booking and we have also raised complaint to but no action taken by customer executive as well
