The hotel was clean and the staff especially the reception, restaurant (special mention to Uday and Saif) were absolutely accommodating polite and a real asset to the hotel. One of our rooms for 2 days had severe condensation and the swimming pool was not accessible for 4 days which was disappointing for our little one as we planned this hotel due to the facilities available

I appreciated the property, its location, and the cleanliness of the room and lobby; the terrace pool was a highlight, and the staff—front desk Simran and Dipti, plus Saif at the Mint restaurant—were exceptionally professional, courteous, and hospitable; I would definitely recommend this place and hope to return.
