It was my first time in Dolomiti and, despite the high season prices, I spent a lot of time choosing a place; luckily the accommodation turned out to be very comfortable, spotless, extremely welcoming and the meticulously prepared meals were outstanding, leaving me completely satisfied in every way.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help with any request. The kitchen was exceptional, offering typical dishes that changed every day. There is nothing negative about this property.

Our return to Hotel Cristal in Obereggen confirmed that relaxation truly doubles there, and the winning team stays the same—only better. After last year’s great stay, we added an extra night this time to savor the beautiful setting, meticulous design, and countless flawless services that let you unwind completely. Spotless cleanliness shines in every corner and the food impresses with its variety, visual appeal, and delicious taste. Extending our visit by a day turned out to be the best decision, and Hotel Cristal continues to deliver excellence that even outshines our previous memories. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic family run hotel which gave us a really local feel of the area. Loved the breakfast and dinners and we got great advice on hikes to do in the surrounding areas. The rooms don't have airconditioning which is likely OK for 90% of the time but we happened to be staying during a heatwave so was a little hard to sleep. Understand though that our experience was an exceptional situation

The location is very beautiful with mountain views. The saunas are large and efficient. The relaxation rooms are excellent. It was written that we could receive newspapers in the room, but I did not receive them.
