The room was spotless and the breakfast was decent, and the shower felt nice. The air‑conditioning cycled on and off, making the room first cold, then hot, then cold again—an issue common to many hotels. All in all, the hotel was excellent and the stay was great.

“8/10 would recommend”

The bedding was comfy, the rooms were roomy, everything was clean, and the walls blocked noise well. However, one elevator was out of order, the hot tub listed on the website was missing, and the pool room was scorching hot while the water was freezing cold.

“No room big enough”

Breakfast was tasty and the location was super handy for our weekend plans. Unfortunately, we were told the hotel had over‑booked and our queen‑bed room was taken. The staff were friendly but couldn’t find us a room; they offered only a suite with a king bed and a pull‑out couch. I told them that wasn’t what I paid for, but they insisted it was the only option. My friend had to sleep on a very uncomfortable couch after we paid $141 for a two‑queen‑bed room. When I asked for a refund, they said a manager wouldn’t be back until Monday the 5th. I was very unhappy with the whole situation and wondered if I could get a refund for this inconvenience, especially since I spend thousands of dollars on the site each year and this is the first time something like this has happened.

“Good choice to stay”

Although I didn’t use the pool, I liked that it opened early and closed at 11 pm. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast area had plenty of seating, and the food was plentiful. The ice machine was broken, but staff fetched ice from the pantry when I asked. Parking was ample and well lit, and there were many nearby dining options. I had stayed here a few years ago and didn’t understand why I hadn’t returned on my last visit. The only downside was that the door to the parking‑lot elevator was left open with a door jam; I left it that way because I wasn’t sure if the key‑card swipe was broken and didn’t want to risk anyone getting locked out.

The elevator broke every single time I stayed there—almost nine months, about two times a month—yet it was the closest hotel to my workplace, so I had no alternative. The price varied each time I stayed, and it was a bit expensive.
