Good and easy to car parking. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kingsgate Durrat Al Eiman Hotel Madinah. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from the team. A special and heartfelt thank you to the manager, Mr. Alowa Hossan. His professionalism, leadership, and attentiveness to guests are top-notch. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and completely hassle-free. It is clear that under his management, guest satisfaction is the top priority. I also want to give high praise to the housekeeping staff on the 12th floor, Saiful Islam and Husin. Both of them did an extraordinary job maintaining our room. The cleanliness was spotless every single day, with great attention to detail and a very polite, humble attitude. Whenever we needed assistance, they were quick, efficient, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Staying on the 12th floor was peaceful, comfortable, and flawlessly clean thanks to these hardworking gentlemen. Management should be very proud of Mr. Alowa Hossan, Saiful Islam, and Husin—they are true assets to Kingsgate Durrat Hotel. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Madinah, and we will definitely return!
