The cancellation was refunded. However, the place is a disguised motel where couples get loud and quarrels are constant; it’s not a family‑friendly environment.

The room smelled like cigarettes, and after a couple of rainy mornings the bathroom door wouldn’t close, letting in a nasty sewage odor. Noise was a nightmare: street parties during Carnival, a room blasting music till dawn, and people chatting on the ground floor at 6 am. The breakfast was basic, nothing fancy.
