The location is fine, but the bedrooms are very small, the breakfast is the same every day, and overall the breakfast quality is poor.

The location is convenient and away from the bustle of Shinsaibashi, and the room is exceptionally clean and spacious, yet the same breakfast for 7 days can get boring; I asked for a laundry bag to bring my dirty clothes to the 11th floor for washing but was rejected, and I was shocked to find my room uncleaned, with floors covered in hair—could it be because I was checking out the next day?
