The location was great for what I needed while in Spartanburg, but I had an issue with one of the TVs in my room that I reported to staff and it was completely ignored. The pillows were also much too thin/soft for my liking, which is more of a personal preference.

The location is great and the rooms are nicely set up, but the room service didn’t come around as often as I expected, even though I never ran out of replenished items like toilet paper and other supplies.

The hotel’s entrance and cleanliness gave a great first impression, but the front desk staff didn’t meet that standard. The entire experience—from check‑in to the room itself—was terrible. I was publicly humiliated by the front desk staff over a minor billing issue, and their hateful, unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. The room was extremely disappointing, looking like a budget motel rather than the $260 a night quality I expected.
