I found the overall comfort pretty good, but the manual aircon was a hassle because we had to stand up to adjust the temperature when it got too cold.

The mattress was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure, yet the toilet and floors were nasty, there were only two electrical outlets in the room unless you unplug the television, and when we went down for breakfast they didn’t even have coffee—just a few things I’ll mention about MO2 Westown.

We had big rooms, a good breakfast, friendly staff, and a location that worked well for us near the town center, but our room’s general cleanliness was lacking with a moldy smell especially in the bathroom, no towels, and a leak in the sink.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Bacolod, making it easy to get around and explore the city. However, my stay was marred by some issues with cleanliness and the water quality. The staff were helpful and the location was a major plus, but I had to deal with a dirty room and some questionable water coming out of the tap. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for a central spot, but be prepared for some potential drawbacks.
