“It’s normal stay at high cost”

The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by some major cleanliness issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it seemed like they were struggling to keep up with the basics. I was really looking forward to a good night's sleep, but the bedding was not clean, which was a major letdown. The bathroom wasn't much better, with visible stains and dirt everywhere. It's a shame, because with a bit more attention to detail, this place could be a real gem.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location and cleanliness, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a frustrating experience with the front office staff. They were helpful and friendly when I checked in, but when it came to returning my valuable documents, they lost my Adhar card. I was expecting them to return it to me, but it never turned up. Despite this, the room was spotless and the staff were generally helpful, so it's a shame that this one mistake overshadowed my stay.

“Decent hotel, close to airport”

I was really impressed with the hotel's location - it's literally a stone's throw from the airport, and the surrounding residential buildings give it a cozy feel. The breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious poha dish that hit the spot. They even went the extra mile by providing a comb when I realized I'd left mine behind. The small balcony in my room was a nice touch, too.

“Horrible and overly priced”

This place was a total waste of money. The bathroom was an absolute disaster - the waste water wouldn't drain and there was no hot water. The staff seemed completely clueless, and the overpriced room didn't even come with basic amenities. To top it all off, I got a stomach infection after eating at their restaurant and the approach road was a nightmare to navigate.
