We found no breakfast at this location, and when we arrived for check‑in the office was empty; we had to call a number for instructions. The TV didn’t work all weekend, and despite calling the same number, no one came to fix it – we never saw any staff during our stay. The rooms were okay; the microwave was clean but rusty inside, and the refrigerator had the same issue. It would have been nice to see workers and someone check why the TV didn’t work; better communication is needed instead of just making guests call a number for everything.

The beds were soft, the curtains were blackout, and the AC was cold. However, we were sent to a hotel across the street; the pictures were inaccurate, the hotel had a few minor issues – a stained carpet, a bathroom window that doesn’t latch, and essentially no water pressure.

We had nobody there to check us in; as we’re from England and our phones weren’t working, we had to call another hotel to get a room for the night. When we got on the Wi‑Fi, I emailed the motel, asked for a refund, and am still waiting for a response through both the booking platform and directly to the motel. I’m not happy with this at all, everything.

It was affordable, the beds are cozy and clean, but some rooms are very small.
