I had a great stay, felt welcomed by the friendly staff, and will definitely consider this place for my next visit.

I booked for July 22 and on Saturday the 3rd, a woman claiming to be the manager told me the hotel was fully booked and that we had no space, treating me with rudeness and arrogance. I ended up sleeping on the street without blankets while the manager locked the gate, ignored my calls, and mocked me through the windows. I need the property owner to address this misconduct, as I was treated as a nonentity, possibly because of my language. I still haven’t received a refund and the manager should compensate me for making me sleep outside. I was shivering all night, and this has damaged the hotel’s reputation. I demand a quality improvement plan from the owner.

Nothing good. The bed was ripped and smelled awful; I didn’t sleep there at all and left right away. The host was very rude.
