Only the balcony and the room were nice. When we arrived, there were a lot of hairs in the shower; my wife went down to reception and was told the response was absurd—she’s alone and can’t do anything. We didn’t have breakfast; a 7‑year‑old girl didn’t get breakfast because it starts at 08:00, and that was asked for and nothing could be done. I’ve been in this line of work for 22 years and was asked to advance breakfast to 06:00 without any problem, but denying breakfast to a baby is absurd.

The room was pretty and modern, and breakfast was good. The girl I met at reception that morning was friendly and smiling (at least she was). You know the classic Romagna welcome? Forget about it! I didn’t feel welcomed at all; the guy at reception was unfriendly and commanding, which was unpleasant. The room was nice but I found long hair, and the terrace was dirty.

Много любезен персонал. Забравих си екшън камерата когато напусках хотела, но нямаше проблем. Хората я намериха и ми я върнаха! СЪРДЕЧНО БЛАГОДАРЯ! Изключително приятелски настроени бяха всички от персонала!!! Стаята беше чиста и уютна. Леглата са удобни. Всичко беше топ. Още по-хубавото беше, че имахме тераса. Плажа е на точно 2 минути пеша и е огромен и пясъчен. В непосредствена близост има магазини и заведения
