Excellent. The beds were very small and the Wi‑Fi was intermittent.

The pub was lovely, riverside with great staff—exceptionally attentive, helpful, and friendly young people. The hotel offered exceptional value for money. We had a nice meal in the evening and breakfast in the morning. I’ll definitely look to stay here again when I’m in the area. The stairs were steep, but the staff helped carry bags upstairs, and that didn’t stop me from staying.

The room matched the description perfectly—clean, modern, and cozy, though a bit small, and room #1, located above the bar, was surprisingly quiet. The steep, narrow steps without a lift should be considered when booking. Onsite free parking added great value, making this stay a solid 9.0/10.
