The whole place feels like a fairytale village—absolutely stunning. The staff were simply amazing, especially the guy named Zoom who was always helpful and cheerful with a big smile.

The welcome and staff were great, and they kept our luggage for the last day. They offered bike and scooter rentals, and the view was lovely. However, whenever we turned on the air conditioning the main electricity cut out, forcing us to leave the room to restart it. Getting hot water in the shower was also difficult, and there was construction in the neighboring bungalow all through our stay.

It was a comfortable stay with a large outdoor area. The room was spacious, and the staff were very friendly. Communication from booking to check‑out was easy. It is very close to Tragg Ann boat ride, and all other attractions in the Ninh Binh area are easily reachable from the accommodation by moped or bicycle. It is a shame that some of the equipment needs a bit more attention.

The staff were adorable and attentive, and the view of the mountains and water was perfect. A laundry room and a restaurant were available, and the buffet breakfast was fabulous. The décor of the place was wonderful. The accommodation is a bit far for walking, so you need to order a taxi or rent a scooter or bike on site.
