“The staff was great, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast and coffee was good!”
Convenient location and friendly staff, but the shower was too hot and the cold tap didn’t work; the sink drain in the bathroom was sluggish, and the coffee maker was broken.
The hotel sits close to the airport and offers a shuttle to the airport and nearby restaurants, and there were no issues.

The place is spotless and conveniently located near the airport; Fly was delayed for many hours because of storms, landed at 2 am and we needed rest, yet the staff were on hand and handed us a room key despite the late hour, which was wonderful.
“A great place to rest and recover. Excellent customer service and a great facility.”
Every single person we met that day was fantastic, and this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at; we especially recommend the morning shift ladies at check‑in for their great service, though we’d have liked to stay longer.

We arrived early and they stored our bags in the lobby so we could explore Seattle worry‑free; when we came back during breakfast service they told us to enjoy it even though our rooms wouldn’t be ready for a while; we used the airport shuttle to the hotel after landing and they gave us the details for a shuttle to the cruise port the next morning; our rooms were tidy and the beds were comfortable, making for a great stay that I would definitely recommend.
