The resort features 4 swimming pools, including a lagoon pool, spa pool, and pool slide. The resort was family friendly with many pools and sun chairs, and it was close to the tram stop and the beach. However, we had two families and two rooms; one room needed maintenance, with gyprock peeling off the walls exposing metal frames and a lot of cockroaches, and the air‑con cover was broken, reducing airflow control. For the price we paid, we expected more, and when we checked out the lady serving me was quite rude, which was disappointing for a family‑friendly, somewhat expensive resort.
