The location is great and the hotel’s concept is very nice, especially that each room is designed differently. I personally found the bed too hard and had trouble sleeping; the walls are very thin, so you can hear what’s happening in the hallway, which isn’t a big issue if you’re not a light sleeper. Since we were two friends traveling together, the bathroom was a bit problematic: the walls are glass so you can see everything, and the toilet door doesn’t close properly, so you hear everything.

The hotel is within walking distance of the cathedral and the train station. The room was very nice with a vintage décor, a new and clean bathroom, and a seamless digital check‑in and check‑out. The reception staff were friendly. In Friesenstraße there are several nice local spots.

“Toplocatie.”

The location was great, the concept was fun and well executed, and the room met all our needs. Everything was thought out: shower items, coffee, music, a fresh flower in a vase. We definitely want to come back, just in a different room. The bed was very hard (maybe because we were sleeping in the “prison” style). It was also noisy – we could hear people coming into the hotel through the door buzzer and conversations on the hallway.

I had a fantastic room, but the TV was broken.

The location is very good and the staff are very friendly. We had the room right next to the reception. You can hear everything through the room door when someone goes in or out of the hotel, conversations, housekeeping. If you have a light sleep, ask for a room a floor higher.
