“Lovely staff, good location”

The location is good, but there is no lift and the shower was a bit finicky. It could use an upgrade.

The highlight of this hotel is the girl who prepares the rooms – she is very caring, kind, understanding, and not intrusive. The terrace offers a beautiful sea view and enchanting sunsets. I stayed last night at a 4‑star hotel in Spain for the same price, and the difference was huge in favor of Spain. Here, the balcony was constantly filled with exhaust from the restaurant below; the shower curtain fell on my head. The comfort level could be better.

“Spirito di adattamento”

The common terrace view is nice. The room was shabby, the reception practically absent, no welcome kit, and I had to pay in cash for the entire stay before seeing the room. No interest in providing airport shuttle. Finding the rooms is very difficult – you have to walk through a restaurant’s tables to reach the stairs that go up two floors to the rooms. I don’t recommend this place if you want to stay more than a night; it’s only suitable for one or two nights at most. The shower was completely clogged with limescale, it was hard to adjust the water temperature, and the jets sprayed everywhere. The room wasn’t cleaned for 8 days, except for a superficial wipe in the bathroom on the fourth day after I requested it. The small bins broke when we left, forcing us to leave trash on the floor. The sheets were torn. In short, this is what our experience was. The location near the sea is attractive, but the path through the tables of a restaurant and the difficulty finding the entrance prevent me from giving a higher score. Given the low‑season period and the services offered, I feel there is no good value for the price.

The location, the nice view, and the staff are good, and the price‑performance is decent. The facilities are lacking.

I paid €387 for breakfast over four nights in September, almost €97 per night, and the value was very disappointing. For that price, I expected a completely different level of quality and service. The biggest letdown was breakfast: every morning it was basically the same – eggs or an omelette with tomato, cucumber, and a piece of feta cheese, no fruit, almost no variety, and nothing that justified paying nearly €100 per night. Even the drinks were extremely limited – just coffee or orange juice. The orange juice tasted like cheap supermarket bottled juice at first. I complained to the owner, who promised to improve it. The next day the juice changed, but overall quality and variety stayed disappointing. The owner later offered me an espresso, which I appreciated, but one complimentary espresso does not make up for several mornings of poor breakfasts. The issue was not just one coffee – it was the entire breakfast each morning. At this price, I would at least expect fresh fruit, more variety, better‑quality products, and a breakfast that feels like effort. Instead, it seemed costs were being kept low while the room price remained high. Other problems included a shower that didn’t work properly, with water spraying/leaking in different directions, making it uncomfortable. During my four‑night stay, I also did not receive proper daily room cleaning. A positive point was the balcony and the beautiful view, but in late September it was so windy that I could barely enjoy it.
