I liked having a jacuzzi tub in the room and the breakfast options. I did not appreciate the customer service attitude when resolving issues. The hallway smelled like wet carpet. We tried to use the jacuzzi tub but it took SO long to fill up, and setting the water temperature was nearly impossible; it ran out of hot water before we could finish. With a jacuzzi and shower/tub, there should definitely have been more than two towels in the room.

The building had a musty odor. There was a fluid stain on the chair, and instead of cleaning it, they just flipped it over—GROSS!!

The beds were uncomfortable, so I didn't sleep well, but the pool was fine.

Getting there was easy, and the hotel was right next to Applebee’s and close to the Auditorium for the concert; the staff were clean and friendly, and everything else was great.
