The service was kind and excellent. The location is wonderful and easy to use by transport, close to the Roman Coliseum. I liked everything.

The location, communication, and no problem with English were positive. The room was supposed to accommodate 4 people, but there were 5 beds. In the bathroom the flush was not sealed and water sprayed around after flushing the toilet, so because there were no guests, the cleaning person had to spend more time cleaning the bathroom.
