“Bon séjour”

Location is good. Pool water is cold, the children's pool has too many jets that are inaccessible for the youngest, buffet is good but could be improved with more choices.

The hotel is really noisy if you spend the stay with children; I won't even mention the playground, which is not maintained. Reception staff are not friendly, and the room is more than average.

“Hôtel pas à la hauteur”

The location was fine. The rooms were noisy, there was no bottle of water, the first‑night breakfast was basic and not particularly tasty.

“OK but not again”

The spot was decent and the water park with its slides was a real treat. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the room was roomy with a satisfactory level of cleanliness. However, the staff seemed to be “just doing their jobs” instead of offering genuine customer service. Wi‑Fi failed in our fifth‑floor room, and the extra bed was not set up when we arrived. Towels were removed each morning, but clean replacements were only provided if we asked at reception.

“Zumutung pur”

Nothing positive. On the third floor, the doors and frames were painted, all covered with paint and spray‑foam residue; work continued late into the evening, causing headaches and no ventilation. The rooms were never cleaned properly, the cleaning lady ignored the mess, and the room was generally dirty and old, even the outlet was hanging out.
