“Very Poor Experience during my stay”
The room had a balcony, but it was useless because it was never cleaned. I was really disappointed that my reservation was moved to another hotel. The location had no electricity every alternate day, the room heater was chargeable, and the chilled drinking water was below minus 4 degrees. They have a DG, but it only runs after 6 pm, so the whole day was without electricity. The staff’s behavior was unsatisfactory; they demanded full payment at check‑in, and none were available at check‑out. The food quality was also poor.
