Nothing! Because all the information provided on the site is false! The breakfast was advertised as complete at 18,65 per person per night but we were served two cups of instant coffee without sugar or milk, two apples and two croissants wrapped in industrial plastic, another morning two litchi coffees and 4 dry biscuits. I think they’re clearly mocking us! Air conditioning was just a fan, housekeeping was nonexistent, they even demanded 15,-- euros per day if we wanted it. Moreover the accommodation wasn’t ready when we arrived and the cleanliness was horrible. No hot water all through our stay. Wifi was supposedly available throughout the establishment but was only available at times and stuck behind the door. Terrace equipment was nothing, just structures, a canopy bed without mattress. Rattan sofa without cushion, a bench without seat, a rattan chair without cushion. No toiletries. Access to the property from the outside was sometimes impossible; we even had to climb the gate! No direct beach access because of construction. No kitchen equipment. The kettle had no tea or coffee! The state of the bed was deplorable, we even had to put the sheets on. A real disaster. Run away, it’s so bad because the place could have had everything to do well! I let you see the photos to get a visual idea of what this establishment offers!!!!

The place is absolutely awful—no AC, no fan, no TV, no toiletries, even though all of those were listed. It’s dirty, and the shower water smells bad. Stay away.

Only location. Very dirty, no breakfest at hour that we please. Very unfriendly host. Without wifi in room, one night without electric. Very hot in the room

I’ve never written a negative review before, but this time I had to. We stayed only three nights, hoping to spare others the same bad Mauritius experience. Initially, we were tolerant of missing items, long waits, and subpar hygiene (e.g., no duvet cover). We understood the place was still under construction and were patient. The balcony with sea view was a dream and well equipped. But the two young ladies seemed uninterested, and we felt tricked. Breakfast was a joke: on day one, two cold schnitzels; on day two, dry bagged rolls with nothing else, two small apples, and two small yogurts. The host promised two juices but only showed up hours later, styled for a beach walk. Luckily we had groceries and cooked ourselves; on the last day we ordered out because we were exhausted. Really disappointing—this property has potential but I can’t recommend it.

“Choose it only if you are ready to trade a lot for the terrace”

We really liked the terrace, though a bit of shade in the sun‑bathing area and a privacy fence would help. Since the Wi‑Fi was dead, we got a SIM card with unlimited mobile internet. The host let us access the beach directly on request and granted a late checkout. Croissants were tasty. The kitchen needs a makeover; we can’t rely on the host. One example: we asked her to bring breakfast in the evening to store it in the fridge because we had to leave early the next day; she said it was fine, but we ended up without breakfast the next morning. That wasn’t the only day without breakfast. We had to repeatedly remind her to fix things—like the balcony door didn’t open until the fourth day, and hot water was only steady after a while in the middle of our stay. There’s no dedicated parking; you have to park on the road, which, combined with ongoing construction, caused tyre issues. Breakfast isn’t terrible but not exceptional as other reviews claimed.
