I had a great stay with excellent service and no complaints.

The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and close enough to the city that it was convenient to leave. The pool management was lacking, there were days without towels and the pool bar was always closed. The bathroom drain seemed a bit clogged.

I booked the room for a colleague on a business trip. The policy required prepayment to keep the booking after the reservation was completed. I was also told the Visa card must be in the guest’s name, but this rule wasn’t mentioned when I booked, so I couldn’t choose a different room.
