The booking was not accepted and it turned out to be a fake reservation.

I booked an a/c room for three people from 28/Apr to 29/Apr-2025 through the site, received a confirmation and messages that said they came from the hotel, but when I arrived at 12:30 pm on the 28th the receptionist, a woman who looked like the manager/owner, and another lady running the restaurant all checked the confirmation I gave them and confirmed that the hotel listed was the same, yet they had no record of any online booking in my name because they don’t partner with online booking sites; I had already driven a long way with my family, so I booked a room on the spot at a higher rate than the listing; the hotel told me I was the third guest in the last week with an online confirmation; I didn’t pay in advance, but I heard others did and weren’t that lucky; the hotel also apparently filed a police complaint, as the ladies mentioned, so beware of this listing.
