“Perfecto para ver Mykonos sin complicaciones”

If you want to visit Mykonos beaches and the center, this lodging is perfect. It is located a street away from shops and restaurants and a few minutes from the bus station. It has everything needed for a perfect stay, the lodging is clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious enough. Communication with the host was 10. I highly recommend it. If you bring very large suitcases, the stairs to the upper rooms can be a bit uncomfortable, although that wasn’t my case. They have a ground‑floor room without stairs.

“Avoid”

The owner kept pushing me to cancel my prepaid booking when I arrived, offering what seemed like a balcony upgrade that required me to cancel. I said no, took the room I had paid for, and stayed the night. In the morning I tried to shower, but the water was brown and murky, and it didn’t flow well—clearly plumbing problems. As a seasoned traveler and health professional, I felt it was a health risk to stay another three nights, so I asked for a refund and early check‑out. The host agreed, then asked me again to cancel so he could issue the refund, which I realized he couldn’t do anyway because he already had the money. When I refused, he became aggressive, calling me an ugly woman, and then claimed I was a no‑show so he could keep my money. I heard this directly, walked away, and booked a lovely alternative nearby with no further issues. I’ve worked in 5‑star hotels, so I know right from wrong. I’ve notified my bank and they have evidence that I checked in and stayed one night. I’m leaving it to them to discover the truth from the proof I’ve provided. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

I liked the location and the room’s aesthetic—spacious and comfortable. I didn’t like the steep, poorly designed stairs; it was dangerous to climb with a carry‑on and there was no safe place to store the luggage until check‑out time.
